Services

PeritiaQuestix Tutoring provides 1-on-1 academic tutoring for students in grades K-8 across Math, English, and related subjects. Sessions are offered online (via Google Meet) and, where available, in person.

Bookings & cancellations

Plans are billed in 4-week sessions, paid in advance. Classes cancelled with at least 3 hours' notice are eligible for class credit, which carries over to the next session. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before class forfeit the class fee. See the full policies page for details.

Tutor matching

We pair each student with a tutor based on grade level, subject, and learning style. If the match isn't right, tell us within the first three sessions and we'll re-match at no cost.

Conduct & safety

All tutors are background-checked and trained. Online classes follow standard etiquette: camera on, no muting unless asked, screen sharing enabled. Classes are recorded for quality, safety, and progress purposes; recordings are accessible only to the assigned tutor and operations team. We reserve the right to pause service if our staff are mistreated.

Payment

Payment is due before each 4-week session begins. We accept major credit cards and Zelle. Past-due accounts may be paused until brought current.

Refunds

If you change your mind before the first class of a session, we'll refund in full. Once a session has begun and is paid for, refunds are not available, though class credit from cancellations made 3+ hours in advance carries over to the next session. We work with families on extenuating circumstances — just reach out.
